Hello, I’m Sarah, a postnatal doula covering Redhill, Reigate and Surrounding areas.
I provide the opportunity to rest or sleep. I listen to concerns. I give hugs (if they’re wanted). I support your choices. I make you a cup of tea. I load your dishwasher. I fold laundry. I walk your dog. I cook a meal for dinner, entertain a sibling, or hold a baby so you can.
I do what is needed to support mothers as they find their feet in parenthood until they feel restored from birth to do it themselves.
If you have a newborn and feel like you could benefit from a bit of practical or emotional support, drop me a message and we can meet for an informal chat.
